Fruit Crusher and Pulper

Big enough to do an efficient job, but small enough to store away when necessary.

This crusher makes light work of crushing and pulping a variety of fruit, including hard fruits like apples.

A stainless steel hopper measuring 400mm (about 1ft 6ins) square guides the fruit down to a pair of very sturdy cast aluminium rollers that crush and pulp the fruit. A series of paddles also rotate to ensure the fruit is drawn into the crushing rollers.

The crusher comes with extensions to its cross-supports, so it can be bolted to a table, or allowed to simply sit across benches. Alternatively, the crusher can sit on top of a fermenting bin, although having two people makes the task easier if it isn't bolted down!

The device is operated by filling the hopper with fruit, then turning the large handle to produce crushed and pulped fruit!
