Collect your own hedgerow berries or fruits, then this pack contains all the ingredients you need to make up to 5 gallons of wine.

Instructions for 17 different wine recipes are included - apple, pear, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, cherry, blueberry, elderflower, elderberry, gooseberry, currant, sloe, plum, grape, birch sap and dandelion.

The pack contains yeast, nutrient, bentonite, citric acid, pectic enzyme, stabiliser and finings, as well as the instructions.
