Wine Finings

A 115ml bottle of Harris 'Vinclear' wine finings which will treat up to 36 litres of wine.

It will rapidly clear a cloudy wine which otherwise may take months to clear by itself. (It cannot tackle wines that are hazy because of pectin (usually wines from pulpy fruits) - if you are making wines from pectin-rich fruits, a pectic enzyme or pectolase should be used at the start to help prevent the pectin haze.)
