Magnum Cider

A superb and versatile kit, making 40 pints of quality cider at approx. 5% alcohol. Prepared from selected apples across Europe, chosen for their full flavour and perfect suitability for cider making.

Can be ready in as little as fourteen days, but will benefit from a few weeks in the bottle to age and mature, developing its full, classic, flavour.

Will make either sparkling or still cider. Or, if you prefer, this kit could instead be used to produce 30 bottles (75cl) of delicious apple wine at around 12.5% alcohol - just requires wine yeast and yeast nutrient (plus sugar and water).
