Alcoholic Ginger Beer Ingredients

This pack contains all the ingredients you need to make 40 pints of alcoholic ginger beer.

Complete with full instructions, this pack consists of:

• Cream of tartar
• Citric acid
• Ginger essence/flavouring
• Yeast nutrient
• Yeast
• Lactose

All you need in addition to this pack are water and sugar.

You will also need the equipment, but if you have made any of our range of beers, ciders, scrumpy etc. then you will already have everything you need. If not, then have a look at the complete starter kit for ginger beer (under the 'Beer Starter Kits' section).

This will make ginger beer at about 5% alcohol - so not a drink for the kids!
